Lansinoh Sitz Bath Salts for Postpartum Care, 10 Ounces

This became one of my pregnancy and postpartum essentials. I actually purchased it multiple times throughout my pregnancy because it consistently provided relief from pregnancy hemorrhoids. I used it once a day for a 10–15 minute sitz soak, and it made a noticeable difference in my comfort. I know some reviews mention that the bag is on the smaller side, and I agree. However, as someone with sensitive skin, I actually didn't mind. It was enough to provide relief without overdoing it or leaving my skin feeling irritated. For me, I never felt the need to search for a larger or cheaper alternative because this worked exactly as I needed it to. If you're dealing with pregnancy or postpartum discomfort, it's definitely worth having on hand. It's one of those tried-and-true products that has earned a permanent spot in my medicine cabinet, and I'd absolutely purchase it again!

This saved me postpartum! I was in a lot of pain after my delivery and this helped me so much. It was so soothing i will have them stocked for my next pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy and i didn't know what i was walking in to but now i know and if there is anything i can recommend you moms out there is this!!

It definitely works very well; it is very soothing and the fragrance is fantastic. However, I am not sure how different the ingredients really are compared to other sitz bath salts not specifically for postpartum recovery. I will say that this one is probably on the pricier side. If you do sitz baths pretty frequently, you can use it up pretty quickly.

Get it before you give birth and then use it as often as possible because my God is it nice! For one, it's an excuse to take a bath alone after giving birth and two it helps with the discomfort.
