Did anyone else have problems with delivery or contacting the seller when there were issues?

I received 1 package set of 2 chairs, no problems. I also ordered 1 package set of 4 chairs and have not received the 4 chairs. It stated on delivery there were both delivered the same day but we only received the 2 chairs not the additional 4. We will be checking our work cameras.

The metal legs and bolts have rusted after the rain.

Are these chairs exactly the same as the ones sold by poly and bark here on amazon? or are they made with the same mold at different manufacturers?
