Do you wear this all the time? or just at home? could i wear this while running if i get migraines from slouching or bad posture?

Hi Chelsea,You can wear it all the time if you like but the idea is to wear it as little as possible and gradually reduce the time of wearing it. It is designed to gently pull your shoulders and constantly remind you to keep good posture yourself thus training your own muscles. Can you wear under clothes

Hi Cissy, Yes you can wear it under clothing. However, there are a couple of things to consider:1. Don't wear it for along time directly on your skin for the first time.There is a very small chance of an allergic reaction to the Materials used.Always wash before first use and then progressively increase the time of wearing it.Start with 30 minutes for example, then 1 hour, then 2, then 3 etc.Once you are confident that you do not react to it you may wear it directly on your skin for longer periods.2. The Brace may be visible from the outside.Best to wear thick or dark clothing as the Black Colour may show through thinner lighter clothing.Best to wear loose clothing as the buckles in front of the shoulder will show through tight clothing.I hope this helps.Regards,Bessie (ComfyMEd)
