The Griddle and Crepe Maker from Epica arrived safely, smoothly and on time.I am so happy that I found this Crepe Maker for my dad and purchased it during a great sale.It is fully electric and plugs in to your regular power outlet. With 1200 watts this griddle is powerful and great for pancakes, crepe, burgers, bacon, sandwiches and more. So far we use it for pancakes which are my dads favorites.The surface is big and nonstick, fast heating aluminum. Great to use for a family.The griddle is easy to use with 5 heat settings and the indicator light switches from red to green when the perfect temperature has been reached.I find it nice that the company thought of everything and included a spatula and batter spreader. For those of you that care about instructions/manual it is included. Not that we needed it since it is easy to operate but still nice. Bought a digital watch the other day and nothing was included and ended up on youtube for an hour to find out how to set times, date etc.Another big plus that made me buy this griddle is the 3 year warranty. Most offer 6-12 months. 3 years offers me peace of mind.All together my dad is happy and so am I.

Much easier to use than I expected. The settings are "right on", and the nonstick griddle makes perfect crepes. Will use it for toasted cheese sandwiches this week as well. Good product!

I've only made pancakes thus far and it did the trick, nicely! If you put oil on it and have the bright idea to tip it this way and that to spread the hot oil...well, don't. Let it sit flat after putting oil on it. :D

Great addition to our kitchen. We have a small kitchen so I'm pretty choosey about the gadget I buy. They need to be easy to store and multifunctional. We love crepes, sweet and savory. This crepe maker was a family Christmas present. I've made crepes twice. They turned out great each time. With experience I aim to get them perfectly round. The zen rake tool was the biggest challenge for me. Professional crepe makers make it look so easy. So there is my crepe maker review. Now on to what we really use this appliance for, tortillas. We now are spoiled to those uncooked tortillas. We buy corn and flour. Once you cook your own tortillas, it's really hard to go back to the ones you just warm up. This gadget with its large cooking surface, is perfect for cooking perfect tortillas. We set up a taco bar and let everyone make their own tortilla. It was a great purchase. You can't beat the price.

Bought this specifically to make paratha roti, and it worked like a charm! Kept temperature on high throughout, and all 7 of my roti skins turned out great. Happy with my purchase.

I have used the unit 4 or 5 times since purchase. The unit works well and does what it's suppose to do. The only thing I could see for an improvement would have been an on/off switch. Other then that the unit works well.

I bought this item and did not use it right away. 5 months later I finally opened the box and plugged it in and nothing happen. By then it has past the returning window. It is my fault afterall that I did not tested right away.

hard to get use to if your use to the skillet way! we will keep practicing! beautiful griddle, and came fast in perfect condition!
