Q: Can these be sharpened?

Yes, as an owner of one myself it can be sharpened. It was a little on the dull side when I bought it. If you have one or can get one I recommend a knife sharpening belt, I also used a flat sandpaper disc for a dremel tool.

The cool factor alone means you need this!!!

This was a Christmas gift for my son who loves knives and collects them. He is a huge fan of the TV show Forged in Fire so this is right up his alley. This unique knife, with the twist had him very excited and was his favorite Christmas gift.

This knife is a heavy hitter.

Tsunami is a great name for this knife! It has everything going for it. A really big blade, whose weight will drive it home. A good value for the money. It came in need of a touch up on a stone for real sharpness. I will recommend to friends.

Purchased just for fun but still impressed

What a heavy sucker this is. Looks like it can be sharpened too.Clearly not something you want to walk around with.On the other hand it seems perfect for those Zombie skull stabs we have grown to love.
