Ez adjust
I really like the dual velcro closure, easy to adjust while using. BUT I just left a one star for the company’s arm bands that don't use this closure system.

Definitely worth the investment
I am definitely a gym alcoholic.. I work out six days a week on average I ordered these, not knowing what to expect as far as the quality Or the value for money However, I was quite pleased, the thickness and the durability and the fit was not disappointing. They’re definitely very thigh, friendly for my girls that may have the Thicker thighs. And what I love about him, you have the ability to adjust to your liking . And they’re very stable. They do come with instructions for first time users so definitely worth the value.. The stability is very strong. I feel like they’re gonna last me a long time. Definitely will enhance your glut, An overall lower body workouts.. Five stars

Ad for product included a video with number marking the bands, so you can be consistent on the pressure you use. The product that arrived did not have any numbers. Also, I was under the impression that these were one-hand operation for tightening. That is not the case. There is an inner layer of compression used by the first half of the band that you need two hands to use. Once attached, you can adjust the outer layer with one hand. The material is fairly stretchy - similar to a medium 40 pound booty band. Have only had them for a day, will need to see how they work out in the gym to see if they're any good.So after a chance to use them in the gym, I wanted to give a quick update. The double wrap makes it easy to adjust the position -- do one wrap, adjust it to the right location, then apply the second wrap. It also means it takes longer to put on/off. The elasticity is a concern -- seems like it would stretch out after repeated use. The recommended usage is 40% of your 1-rep-max and do sets of 30/15/15. For exercises like hip-thrust, I know what my 1RM is and 30/15/15 at 40% is about at the right max effort. But for an activity like back extension or RDL, I have no idea what my 1RM is because I don't want to hurt my back. The stretchiness of the bands means I'm probably not restricting my blood flow that much, and those exercises seem too easy.

First, you need to understand the general concept and science behind how these BFR bands work....The effectiveness of blood flow restriction training is based on how your body responds to stress. When blood is allowed to enter a target muscle and prevented from leaving, the cells will begin to swell. The swelling of the cells signals “danger” to your muscles. In response, your muscle lays down new fibers and grows bigger to compensate for the extra load you’re placing on it. BFR training also increases the buildup of lactic acid in the muscle. Lactic acid stimulates IGF-1 production as well as protein synthesis, thereby increasing growth.Now that you understand how they work, if you are looking for a crazy "PUMP" and increased thickness and size, these are a great tool to aid that process. The bands are comfortable and work just as described. They have really helped me increase my quads and thighs without changing anything else. I use the BFR arm bands and was so impressed for the results I got on my arms, I started using these for legs as well. Highly recommend.
