If you've not tried this supp before, try it when you don't have anywhere to be or a 1-2 hours before bed. Everyone may respond a little different, but for me (highly sensitive to supps), it was extremely relaxing, even with the first dose. Toothpick for size reference. I am prone to knee and thigh muscle pain caused by inflammation. PEA definitely seems to be reducing pain and inflammation after about 4 days. Not a miracle cure, but definitely a help.

I don’t even know where to start. This is in my top 5 favorite supplements on earth. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It helps with my mood. I didn’t buy it to enhance my mood though. I bought it to help with some pain I had with neuropathy. It helps with the pain AND helps with my mood. It also gives me energy but not in a jittery way. One day I took it before a workout. During the workout, I noticed that I had significantly more strength than normal. I don’t understand what this pill is or what it does but it’s freaking awesome. Every morning, I give my husband vitamins and supplements. I’m always researching nutrition and I do my best to keep me & my family healthy. I added this pill to his morning vitamin intake cup one day. He took it and came back to me two hours later asking me what i had put in there that was different and telling me he felt great. The same thing happened with my 18 year old son. He was studying for finals. He was really stressed out. I gave him one of these and a pill called L-Theanine. He came back a few hours later and said, “Whatever you gave me really just helped me.” I said, “Right?!!” This supplement is better than prescription meds. I hate prescription meds. Do not buy. This does not work. I have taken PEA for the last ten years. The product I have taken is the same government monitored supplement from overseas that sadly is no longer available in the US. I tried this new product for five days and by the fifth day was in unrelenting inflammatory pain.

I may switch to a brand that also includes luteolin with the PEA. From what I've read the combination works better for sciatica. But at least no tummy upset with these. Capsules are easy to swallow. We're all different and these may be great for you, but I'm personally not seeing results.
