I have a larger set that is excellent. I ordered this as a smaller set to work somewhat differing muscle, joints, and tendons. They work great. Good size. Nice light chime.

Exactly what I pictured from when I was younger. The balls are very good quality with a nice gentle ring. The box is a little cheap, but they are beautiful nonetheless.

i must have dropped these things about a dozen times and i still cant find a dent on any of them. the bells inside sound like wind chimes blowing in the wind and between that and the semi-fidgety motion you use with them i think its great for people with anxiety or stress. but these in particular are rather small so they are best suited for people with smaller hands. (get larger ones if you have bigger hands)

The box itself is cheap, but I do not care about the box at all. The balls themselves are gorgeous; I love them. I use them while studying, and they do help me (I like a small distraction while studying). I thought that the jingle was going to be annoying, but actually, no, I legit appreciate the sound they produce. It's not loud or annoying, and of course, it works as intended, no issues whatsoever. The weight is pretty good as stated, *5 ounces*, and pretty comfortable to hold. All you have to do is rotate them in your hand, kind of like "make them dance around"; that's all you have to do as far as I know.

These are not my favorite baoding balls, but I did buy 2 sets of these. These are lighter and I am not worried about dropping them, like my other "favorite' ones. I wanted ones with chimes and these fit the bill for that feature. These are nice. I bought the second pair as a gift.

My physical therapist helped pick these for me to help with wrist pain. I did not realize they made a little sound but other than that they are great.

Reminds me of when I was a teen...my mom had the most awesome pair of these. I haven't put them down lol..fast shipping too...thank you!!

too small. i have bought many in china and they are always larger.

The baoding balls are nice. I like the color and the soft bell sound when they move. The box is made of very cheap material.

These are perfect size for kids. It's hard to find small ones online, so these are great. My child is 10 years old and they're good. I still use them myself - but male adults especially will want a bigger size; and women may like a slightly bigger one too. I still use them though). 3.5cm diameter.
