This gel works great! It gives you a nice hold without the crunchy feel. Highly recommend.

I’ve only used it once, but so far, I’m impressed. I have a mixed curl pattern varying from some straight strands on top, to some pretty tight spirals underneath, and everything in between. I also have very fine hair, and it’s not luscious and thick like most curly girls I’ve seen. I’ve only recently started trying to figure out my curls and find a routine. My biggest complaint is that once I sleep on them, my looser curls on top fall flat and stringy and bent out of shape (bonnets make it worse). This is the first product I’ve tried that mostly retained my curls’ shape overnight. I’m still going to refresh with a little water, but I’d be ok with it if I didn’t have time.

Super light weight and I really did like it, but you have to use a lot to get a good hold.

I have recently switched my hair routing to devacurl everything and this gel was last in line to try. I got to fight the humid summer and I consider it to be great - the curls would hold for full day in 90% humidity, no freeze, no issues. And all I had to do next day is to wet my fingers a bit and adjust the style. Although I have to do it every day with any product :)

Didn't really care for and it felt drying. And glad I bought this small size to try out. I have 3b/3c curls. Medium texture Medium to High Porosity hair If that helps. I also do fine with products that have protein in it. Read the other reviews before buying to see if it would work for you hair or not.

Did not work for my hair it irritated my scalp and also the price is ridiculous for such a small bottle next to a regular pen, leaves your hair greasy.

works great on my curly hair

I've tried so many products for my curly hair. This has been the easiest and I get great results. I like to wash my hair in the evenings after my workoutthat twice a week. I don't wash my hair everyday. But this product keeps my hair from being frizzy. I have more defined curls. The first application is when I wash it. I leave it in my wet hair after styling it the way I want it to look and go to bed with this product, It holds well. The next morning I just wet a little and I have more curls in places there was no curls. I run my fingers through my hair after its dried, it leaves fluffy curls and stays until I wash it again. If I get my hair wet from sweat, between washing I run my wet hands through my scalp. After it's dried I fluff again and my hair stays in place with big soft curls and no frizz.
