The instructions are printed in Taiwan so it is probably made there. This product is simple, accurate, and will get the job done. I've had it a while now and used it replacing lowering control arms on two vehicles and to tighten lug nuts when needed. Used it maybe a dozen times so far.Had my friend calibrate it last month and it's dead on the money.
