Terrible fit in the blue bowl.
Worst dream mat product. Watched their videos on how to add this to the dream mat. Watched Ed in the shed adhere his to his blue bowl and figured I love my other dream mat products this has to work great. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Will not stay attached to the blue bowl because of the absolutely poor sizing of the outer edge- some places had a 1/4 gap around the outside edge. Along the inside edge the mat will not lay flat along the cone. 4 dabs of silicone... lol, try 1/2 a tube (ed in the sheds video was more accurate). All the other dream mat products are well designed. I was hoping to use their vortex cells to speed up/maximize efficiency of the blue bowl but all this mat has done is piss me off because I'm stuck cleaning silicone off the blue bowl (for the second time) that didn't need to be modified in the first place. I would request a refund but I am not cleaning the mat to return it.

Performance
Wasn't impressed with how it worked it didn't fit snug in my Blue Bowl and wouldn't stay in place. Wanted to float and spin with the water. Probably wouldn't recommend it to others!

Perfect Fit!
Works great! Didn't realize I would need to stick it to the bottom with some silicone, but a little YouTube research set me straight. Maybe put that in the instructions...but other than that it works like it should and is a great addition to the blue bowl.

im not in the greatest area but it does catch a lot of quartz. Im waiting for a true test.

Bad design
I'm not sure what they were thinking. When they designed this, it’s designed to go underwater under centrifugal force yet it does not stick to the bottom and just spins freely. I did what they recommend and used couple dabs of caulk.sure what they were thinking. At the end of the day I learned my lesson, Dont try to rush this, just use your pan to gets your cons and use the blue bowl the way it was designed. These mats are not the answer
