Who knew!
I've been looking for months and months at stippling my frame. Which can cost anywhere from 150 to 300 bucks. Only to find out I solved that problem and then another problem I didn't even know I had. The first of which is my grip slipping after so many shots or perspiration after prolonged use at the range. Who knew an under 10 dollar solution would fix my problem. The second problem, which as I said, I didn't know I even had. I really dislike the ergonomics of my Glock 19. I didn't realize that till I put on this sleeve. Though the sleeve doesn't add barely any size to the frames handle, it does dramatically change the feel and texture for the better. After installing, and I say installing because is no easy task, I'd give it a 7 on a difficulty scale of 10. With that being said is still only took me 5 mins max to put on. The effect was immediate and pleasurable. Is it weird to feel a pleasure gripping a gun? Probably, but it's the best I can do to describe to positive reaction I felt.In closing, if this is something you're even half way interested in, buy it. I promise you won't regret it. Even if you do regret it you're only out a couple bucks.

Awesome!
Love this grip. I saw a lot of people advising a rubber paint and silicone grain application for grips to a glock 19 gen 5, but couldn't bring myself to do such a thing to my new baby. This item totally fit the bill for grip and comfort! And for those of you moaning about how yours tore while fitting this grip on your firearm - you are doing it wrong! Yes it is a tight fit which it should be. But if you tore yours, you either have the wrong gun or you are just plain doing it wrong. Thanks for the awesome grip!

A grip glove over the existing grip to add texture and a grip size increase to better fit a hand.
I have a large hand and the existing grip does not fit well in my hand. The idea of a grip flexible overlay is great however it is difficult to stretch out and over the existing grip and in my case the overlay tore while trying to install it. After dealing with the frustration, I trimmed the torn edges and reshaped the overlay grip to enable pulling it over the factory grip and added double-back tape to bind the loose edges to the underlying surface of the factory grip. I have used this McGiver configuration and find the larger grip fits my hand better and the tactile surface also improves the feel. With practice and better instructions, I am sure that a normal installation could be performed. One of the other wrap-around methods of grip enhancement would be much easier to install and would likely provide the same size and feel improvements for larger hands.

Comfortable..... But Take Your Time
There are no instructions whatsoever. But listen to the other reviews -- Remove the slide, for safety and for easier gun manipulation. And slowly work the rubber sleeve into place, being VERY mindful of the "holes" in the front of the sleeve, where the rubber is susceptible to ripping. But ultimately, it feels great in my hands, and I have the option of removing it if I need to.

Got a grip on things
I have a Glock 17 Gen3. My hands are average sized and thus have a full frame Glock. When firing 115gr rounds especially, the frame slips a bit. Even though there's texture on the frame, the recoil impulse nullifies a solid hold affecting follow up shots. All I wanted was something to provide a nonslip texture. Instead of grip tape, I chose to go with the sleeve since it can be installed or removed at any time. It wasn't hard to install this grip sleeve, since I applied a bit of talcum powder first and slipped the grip onto the frame by pulling near the finger grooves cut outs a bit at a time. Wetting the interior surface would help with installation a bit too. After installation, there is a bit of added thickness, but no more slip. The surface tackiness and extra girth ensures my hold solid from snappy 115gr rounds, that caused the most my slippage before. No issues at all with 124gr or 147gr rounds.
