Whats the difference between anker nano pro and the original anker nano?

How beneficial is the active shield over the original Anker nano pro, did the original Anker Nano have issues regarding these things mentioned?

I have the Anker nano but I stopped using it as it makes funny noises when I plug the phone in. I had another one that came with the bank battery but that one made a strange sound and stopped working. I am a bit reluctant to buy the nano pro.

Will this work for the samsung galaxy tab s7+?
