4 Layers Height Increase Insoles,Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts

I’ve been using these for a long while and I love them. The best part is they stick to the shoe so you don’t have to worry about it slipping away from you. They are also very comfortable I also love the fact that I can layer as many layers as I need to feel the shoe to my comfort level

I'm sure these are used for comfort on the heels, but I use them as a lift to go on my sandals, because I have a back condition that makes one of my legs longer than the other. I have to wear a lift in one of my shoes to make my stance & walk even. It's harder to find lifts for sandals. But these are clear and work just fine. They're adhesive, so they stay just fine.

After surgeries, spinal fusion and knee replacement, one leg is now shorter, now diagnosed with scoliosis. Not sure was the knee surgery or my back did not like the new knee. These insoles properly secured inside the shoe covered by an insole that fits inside the shoe is helping me at least for now. I am considering scoliosis surgery but that would be another two spinal surgeries, 8 hours each. In the meantime, these insoles help me walk more balanced. The inserts are soft, I can insert one or two, using too many makes my foot slip out of the shoe, that depends on the kind of shoes you wear, women shoes usually don't have much shoe room for additions, but you can try depending on your shoes and situation. No instructions on how to attach inserts. Otherwise products is great.

They really do stick to the bottom of my inserts and can be cut into the needed shape. I use it as a wedge on outer side of my heel.

Great product and fast delivery

I like that these raise my heel in my shoes which aids in transferring some of my body weight to the palm of my foot which in turn relieves weight on my heel. I suffer from a nagging heel spur and plantar fasciitis. These silicone inserts are nice and soft. I have stacked 3 of them in each shoe. What a relief... I do not feel the heel spur at all now and I do not feel any transition seam/line. The inserts have stacked nicely and have not shifted. I will be ordering more. A great product !

I require a half inch lift due to broken hip making one leg shorter. These wedges can be stacked to provide adequate lift. I hope they will wear to shape my foot. I’m finding them to be hard and stiff.

With Plantar Facsiitis, these were OK but then the Physio recommended Tuli's heel supports which are really great. These will certainly raise the heel and I would suggest putting them under the supplied shoes insoles or additional ones because they doent cushion enough but they do the job of raising the heel.

The pads really helped me. Since Hip and knee surgery one leg was almost half inch different in length. This was causing back pain and a noticeable limp. The pads adjusted my legs to be the same length. Now all is good.
