It is suitable for supporting hardened shafts that carry radial loads, such as in material handling. The one-piece bearing housing has a flat square foot to help accurately align the housing and has two mounting bolt holes. The bearing insert has a cage that spaces the needle bearings for even load distribution and reduction of friction, vibration, and noise. This bearing allows self-realignment of up to 5 degrees and compensates for static and dynamic alignment errors, it has an operating temperature range of -22 to 212 degrees F, it is permanently sealed and lubricated to help extend service life, and it has integral lip seals to retain lubricant and protect against contamination. This needle bearing pillow block is suitable for use in material handling applications, such as conveyors.Mounted bearings combine a bearing mounted inside a housing unit.
