Great protein! This is my second bottle and will be buying again! Super easy to mix no clumps or bad taste! The flavor is really spot on! I take 2 scoops in the am and pm! It is just the same as the other whey proteins but less expensive!

I’ve been drinking SYNTHA-6 Ultra Premium Protein – Vanilla Ice Cream since 2018, and it’s still my go-to. The flavor is honestly what keeps me coming back. It actually tastes like vanilla ice cream -smooth, creamy, and not overly artificial. No weird aftertaste, no chalky texture. It mixes well with just water, but it’s even better blended with almond milk or in a smoothie. What I love most is the consistency. Same quality, same taste, year after year. It’s easy on my stomach, keeps me full, and fits perfectly into my routine whether I’m using it post-workout or as a quick meal replacement. If you’re looking for a protein powder that doesn’t taste like you’re forcing yourself to drink it, this is it. Been loyal since 2018 and not switching anytime soon.

Amazing protein. I've bought dozens off Amazon from too brands and they all require sooo many scoops to get one serving. This only requires one scoop to get one serving. And the taste is great. Sure the serving is low at 22g but you can double or triple the scoops.

This is a good product I like how it has fiber and extra carbs. It's not super sweet so I don't get sick of it quickly. I mix it with raw eggs, grape nut cereal along with oatmeal after my workout in the morning.My biggest complaint is the price increase every few months so frustrating when you are trying to work with a budget it's not just with this brand it's across the protein supplement market.

The vanilla is awesome with a banana. Other fruit would work also. It doesn't have a chalky taste. Great protein. At night I mix it up with milk and ice, and it has replaces ice cream.

I’ve tried a ton of protein powders, and this one actually tastes good. The vanilla flavor is creamy and sweet without being over the top, kind of like a vanilla milkshake — which makes it way easier to drink every day. Mixes really smooth too. I just shake it in my bottle and there are no clumps. The fiber and protein combo actually keeps me full longer than most powders, which is awesome when I’m trying to avoid snacking between meals. I usually use it after workouts or as a quick breakfast if I’m in a rush. The scoop is easy to measure, and the powder dissolves nicely in milk or water. Only downside is the container is small — 14 servings go fast — but honestly, for the flavor and quality, it’s worth it. If you hate bland protein powders, this one actually makes protein shakes enjoyable.

I've been taking some form of protein powder for over a 20 year period. Recently, I've looked for an all in one powder that I can readily make and shake after workouts as well as before bed or during the day if I need a quick meal replacement. This would replace whey after a workout, and casein before bed I am just tired of buying multiple bottles of protein powder. I also just started using a new pre workout instead of C4 it's called METAHUMAN by Prime SUPPS . I found it cheap and works well. This stuff with protein on an otherwise empty stomach in the AM before cardio is really shredding the fat away and gives me great energy throughout the day! Anyway this protein product fit the bill nicely. I look for 4 things when picking out a protein powder (not in any particular order) : 1) Nutrient profile: This has 22 grams of protein, and includes a mix of whey and casein, which is what I was taking before in two separate products. It also has 15 grams of carbs, which is pretty low (I'll buy anything below 20g of carbs, but the lower the better). 2) Flavor: Taste is pretty good. I usually get protein in either chocolate or vanilla, and I got the Vanilla Syntha-6. It doesn't have any sweetener aftertaste or gritty flavor, which is a problem. I usually mix it with water, it tastes as good in water as it can taste. I'll occasionally mix it with milk, which makes it almost creamy tasting but beware Dairy can make you hold water so I only do that when I am bulking or not worried about overall calorie intake. 3) Mixability: Syntha-6 mixes extremely well in water or milk in my shaker bottle, with no clumps. A little bit sticks to the side, which I will chalk up to normal it’s sort of unavoidable. 4) Price: Price was descent and better than I can find in a GNC or similar store. Under $25 for over 28 servings of quality protein is a good deal. It's not the cheapest protein powder, but you get what you pay for. IDK everyone has their own favorite protein but this one seems to cover a lot of bases especially if your not prepping for a show. Good luck in finding what works for you!

Good product

I really don't like protein powder. The texture - the consistency. I struggle drinking it. Until a coworker high recommended SYNTHA-6 to me and now I refuse to drink any other protein. It breaks down really nicely, and doesn't have this chalky taste to it like most. It's easy to drink - just super sweet in my opinion, so I usually do a mixture of water and coconut milk/soy/oat/etc. I've put it in yogurt, protein bars, cookies, cakes. It really takes away adding sugar to your food. Will highly recommend and keep buy. They're expensive but well worth it and the way they release the protein throughout the day and break stuff down - well I learnt a lot from this company!
