How long does the numbing sensation last?

Usually several hour for me. Sometimes, at the beginning of a new big "bump" it has to be put on more often. Because of it, I can go to sleep & usually stay asleep.

Is this a 3 pack or just one tube? And if only one how can u possibly live with yourselves? This medicine is for people who suffer untold pain

I just went to CVS to get this today and it was $30 +, the cvs knock off brand was $23+, the same range that is being sold by this seller.
