It's 5 stats for now, as obviously I don't know what improvements they will make yet. But based on the value, amount and the added small amounts of vitamins C, D3 and E, I'm rating this 5 stars.Interestingly the FDA in America has banned NAC supplements as they've "suddenly" decided to class them as a "drug" and not a supplement. I bet they wish they could do the same with vitamin D3. Everytime something affordable is found to be healthy or could in anyway be a treatment for anything, they try to "own" it and make money from it. Excuse the rant, but people should be allowed to take whatever supplements they choose to help improve their health (especially during a pandemic) and not have them suddenly whisked away from shops and Amazon (US) and told they have to now "get a prescription" for them.

I was so ill with a chest infection. But when I started taking these it really reduced the mucus. I was pain free within 48 hours. I recommend them to everyone now.

I found this good for breaking up plegm. I take one everyday, it stops me having to clear my throat quite so loudly. Not perfect, but a 50% improvement.

I have lived with arthritis for nearly eight years. I started taking Osteoflex twice a day seven months ago. Three weeks ago I started taking this stuff.The difference between this and Osteoflex taken together is unbelievable! I'm not limited by my hip pain anymore. It's just my COPD and emphasema that limits my walking distance now.I'll never be able to run again but at least I'm not in agony anymore.PS I've reduced my co codamol from eight a day to two.Tell me that is just a placebo effect!
