Like the ability to change positions with ease no fiddling around with move the anchor around one small point is having to retention the tightness of the strap after doing some heavy workouts

Never buy. It is absolutely rubbish. The strap doesn’t stay on the door. They say upto 50 pounds or something. But look at the video. It loosens up even with a small pull.

Like many of us, I bought some resistance bands from Amazon at the beginning of April 2020 when the first Covid-19 lockdown had meant that the gym was out of bounds. The resistance bands, along with a number of home exercises, have proved very helpful at keeping me in reasonable shape, and I have kept them going instead of the gym as they have proved to be somewhat cheaper. I wanted this door anchor strap as it makes performing various different exercises targeting different muscle groups, very easy, simply use the anchor loops or stainless steel D rings to thread your bands through, or clip them to. The band came with no instructions, and whilst this is a downside, it is not terrible; it was easy to work out, and there is a video on the Amazon product page that shows you how to use the strap. My doors are standard sized doors, and the strap fitted perfectly. Essentially, wrap the strap around the door so that the two raised pads on the strap sit at the top of the door with one either side; the five anchor loops and D-rings should now be all down the side of the door that you are exercising from. Thread the loose end of the strap through the buckle, pull the strap as tight as you can get it, then tighten the buckle; see the photos I have attached to the review to help you, as they show where to thread the strap and the raised pads. My set of resistance bands is 150 lbs, and with the strap being able to withstand 200 lbs (according to the listing) I shouldn't have any bother; so far these have proved sturdy and useful. Given the cost of an average set of resistance bands on Amazon, this anchor strap does seem a little expensive, but its value is definitely in it's usefulness, as it makes performing the exercises much easier. It also comes with a nice little bag to keep your strap in, much better for storage.

Exercise resistance bands are practical exercise tools to use at home. Since I'm mostly indoors, I decided to try these Brebebe door anchor strap resistance bands and was quite impressed. The resistance band has 5 positioned anchors aligned from top to bottom. This is where the resistance band can be positioned depending on the exercise mode. It also has 5 D-rings which are made of stainless steel, to connect the carabiners. It is simple to install as the only thing needed is the strap and a door. The 196 inches strap is suitable for a door height of 77 inches to 90 inches. It has a bearing capacity of 200lbs and won't easily break. To use, just place the ring portion of the strap to the whole door length, adjust the strap to fit nicely, and close the door. Using the D-rings (or by simply placing the band inside one of the position anchors) position the resistance band for the exercise you desire to do such as kicking, flying, or pull and stretch. There's no need to take the strap off from the door. Just place the resistance band on one of the slots to hang it when not in use. This is an interesting piece of equipment for my home gym. I like how it included 5 resistance bands (49.6 inches in length). It also has 2 ankle straps that are 1.7 inches in width and 6.2 inches in length. Also, there are 2 handles that are 6.6 inches in length in the triangular area and 4.9 inches in handle length. It also includes a bag with a 12.2 inches base width and a 10.2 inches length for storage. Other than this being a complete exercise set, I also like how convenient it is. I don't have to always hit the gym and I can stay at home and do this the moment I wake up. I can still close the door after installing it. It's simple to use and easy to bring along and install when I need to travel so I can still workout. Overall, this has been great for me and is reasonably priced.

Easy to attach to door. Quite sturdy within weight restrictions. Works well overall. Would recommend.

It's just have 4 loops on anchor but they showed 5 loops It's wrong information they give to customers because now we can't use any of down door sport because not have loops on down area , lock is broken can't lock it so it's loose
