As a family practioner and hospice provider pain relievers have always been of interest. I teach students to treat pain with alternatives. This is a combo of Lidocaine 4% and menthol. Works great over bursas , small and medium joints. Why take a tablet that processes thru the liver when you can use an effective topical. I often use in with other topicals including OTC NSAIDs (topical). I’ve put it on subscribe and save this month. I have ideas on how to greatly improve it. Bit will keep the formulation to myself.

For the price could have gotten other over the counter product with same ingredients

At first, I was pretty skeptical of this. And, I couldn’t imagine it working for regular muscle or joint pain, especially what it really indicates. I thought it was more for stings, cuts – those things.It does work on muscle and joint pain. And, yes, you have to wash after every time you use this. I do that with ALL pain relief creams and others. On creams/rubs like this – I prefer to use gloves, and then wash my hands.For the price, it is a pretty good value.Has a safety cap so children cannot easily get into it.

The price is right on, cheaper than my pain Medication. It helps my Nerve Damage in my Left Shoulder Immensely 🙏

Everything stayed the same for me

This product did absolutely nothing for my knee or arthritis pain! I could not even tell that I had applied anything to my skin. I really cannot overstate how useless it was.

It relieves my knee pain better than bengay. It has both lidocaine and menthol in it.
