Works great, just what I needed
Aluminum cranks, steel chainrings(more durable). Good combo.

Siffer and modular
This is a solid purchase. Stiffer and more reliable than what came with my Polygon. And more modular as for compatability with different chainring suppliers along with going from 3x to a 2x or vise versa.

Just what I needed.
I had an older crank set and could not find just the one ring that I needed. This was a good replace for the price. I have not used it long enough to tell if it will last.

Giant Iguana Replacement Perfection
Exactly the same tooth count on all three sprockets, as my worn out original sprockets, made this a perfectly seamless replacement on my old Giant Iguana se. Only a very slight cable adjustment was needed on the front derailleur to line it up.

Nice piece, works exactly as it should.
Nice piece, works exactly as it should. The offset is a bit positive (it sticks out from the bottom bracket about 10mms more than normal) but otherwise, works fine

It fits but, it doesn't fit (older Shimano MTN crankset replacement)
I began installing this CDHpower crankset on an old Diamondback MTN bike (replacing a Shimano EXAGE FC-M500).All went well until I couldn't get the front derailleur to open wide enough to reach the outer chainring (even with stop-screws extracted). It was only by removing the new crankset and comparing that to the old one, that I saw the problem: the crank arm inner face is flush with the inner chain ring on the new one - it's recessed about 3/8th inch on the Shimano. I hadn't heard of this being an issue before. They both fit fine on the square spindle. There's nothing in the details that mention this recess or lack thereof, being part of the fitment. I couldn't find any mention of this issue online (I guess they assume ALL bikes now use this standard - yet some show a recess). There's plenty of commentary on crank arm length and offset (another metric), but not this recess. The only thing I can go by now are the pictures in the ads (if they show the inside perspective). I ordered another set which appears to have that recess. This is very disappointing, as this crankset looks to be a good quality at a good price. There's just no way to adjust it to fit.

Was able to get the picture for you. Again thanks
I like everything about these cranks and chain gear. Can hardly believe the price. Things like this help my 99 stay up and going.
