Very bad
Its been few days since I have been consuming it. below are the impressions I experienced. Pros : 1. strength: ( I did felt increase in strength ) went from 22.5kg d/b press to 27.5kg 1RP 2. Digestibility: No bloating. 3. Mixability: Smooth residue free drink. Cons: 1. Taste: Too sour for your palette. 2. Experience: Gave me fever like feeling with chills after consuming which I ignore first few weeks, confirmed after stop using it for a day or two. 3. Acne: Did gave me red acne on chest and arms. 4. Sweaty palms: Gave me unpleasant sweaty palms. 5. After taste: Strong sour aftertaste with few burps. 6. Insomania: You wont be able to sleep. Summary: Not for beginners ( I have total 1.5 yrs of light to moderate lifting experience), I would suggest to go with monohydrate only. I didn't like it whatsoever, even dropped a review on amazon as well and asked for return. Give you strength but you dont know if it contained any hidden contaminants like possible PED in it.

Dosing may be off, but great product!
Great product but I think the dosing may be a bit off, because I have taken other creatine forms and had better results, but maybe the creatine complex is suppose to have average effects im not sure, still a great product for the price!
