The bottle is a good size👍 when I opened it the first time the lid was hard to open but after you open it its ok. 10/10 do recommend 👍🙂

Good shaker, always mixes protein well. Lid is a little unsecure so you have to make sure it’s forced down to stay down-otherwise you get soaked in protein shake.
