This item has the durability for home use but I believe it is not suitable for commercial environments. I would prefer the lettering not be on the item but not a big deal. It works well as long as you mount it the correct height so the sensor is not triggered unexpectedly. My issue is it leaks all the time. I reached out to the company with no response.

We have 8 in our commercial gym. Work greats, looks well and stands up to a lot of usage. Much cheaper refilling with gallon containers versus prefilled soaps.
