this is good stuff, seems to be a good company, a little pricey, seems to have all the right ingredients without being over dosed. Easy to swallow. use it for the calcium

Great supplement for your bones
I take a while before I write a review to make sure is a valid one. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago. While I was researching for bone supplements, I came across Calciven, with good rates and affordable, so I decided to try it. I had my bone density exam about six months after, and it showed big improvement on the numbers, now is Ostopenia. I have been using Calciven now for a year, it seems to be doing what it should. No side effects and has the right ingredients to be effective. I have the monthly subscription, so I don't run out. I also take the monthly bone prescription along with this supplement.

I am 84 years old and my back hurts more than it used to, so I decided to give Calciven a try and I can honestly say it is helping. I've been on it for a month or so. I will get a bone scan soon and compare it to the last one.

My Bone Density Improved
Definitely has a made a difference in my bone density. I’ve been using this product for 6 months when I had my next dexa scan. For the first time in 15 years, I went from stable to improved. Kind of expensive, but worth it to me.

It's easy to swallow, there's no unpleasant taste and it helps my bones grow stronger.

No more large capsules to take.
Low dose, just enough to improve my density scan, avoids the huge capsules to swallow. I took 2 capsules a day and now decreased to 1 after 3 months of taking. I am 66.
