This is a great beginner set. It’s super easy to use and clean. It’s not super big so it fits the cabinet without taking up much space. The jar is super sturdy and the Dutch oven works amazing and isn’t super heavy. I love all the little gadgets it comes with they have multi uses to them.

Just what I thought.Everything I needed

This is a nice set for a beginner to get started in making sour dough. I find that as time went by; I needed to upgrade most of the items in this set. You really need a cast iron to bake the bread, and the included Dutch Oven isn't made of cast iron.

Exactly what I was looking for! Sturdy basket with a nice cover and the blades are nice and sharp, easy to use on the dough. Helps the bread to keep shape nicely. The scraper is also very useful and well made! 100% recommend!
