Doesn't cover grey at all and washes out after 2 shampoos at best

The color is very dark. I needed the Black to cover my grades and it worked very well. I bought more than one the next time out.

I used a toner on my blonde and brown hair which lifted my roots and lowlights an to a bright orange/red color (photo on the left). I didn't want to dye or bleach my roots so I used this to cover them. It worked really well, it didn't bleed onto my highlights. A little red shows through the brown but it looks like natural roots instead of copper. It should last a few shampoos. May not work for long term color but it's perfect if you need a quick root fix or blending.

I have been using hair colour for awhile (3rd bottle) and I highly recommend it. Great coverage and it covers the grey hair really well. The best product I have ever used for grey coverage.

This is an excellent product, but don’t expect it to lighten your hair. You need bleach for that—this product won’t do it. What it will do is even out your color, leave your hair soft and shiny, and cause no damage. Make sure your hair is freshly shampooed and lightly towel-dried. I leave it on for 40 minutes, then rinse until the water runs clear. Do not shampoo right after coloring—just rinse and condition. I’ve used it for years with great results.

I chose rosewood brown, and the color came out so nicely. My hair before was not completely virgin because I was using henna to color my gray hair. Because of the binding properties of henna, I was concerned that using a permanent dye would color my hair green. I opted instead to go with a semi-permanent color, and I am glad I did. I love the color and shine. Follow-up one year later. I have used this product consistently and have had no damage to my hair or its integrity. I love how soft and hydrated my hair feels after using the color. My natural hair, aside from my greys, is dark brown. The rosewood color lifts my hair color to a nice auburn and my grays to a strawberry blonde color.
