I purchased this BB cream is the shade light warm. It’s a perfect match for my fair to light skin with yellow undertones. It’s hard to find a BB cream with warm undertones and this is it! I am between a Mac shade NC15-NC20. NC20 is slightly dark and NC15 is slightly light. Just for shade reference. In any foundation I am normally a shade darker than the lightest shade with a yellow undertone. I do feel purlisse BB creams are somewhat versatile with their shades. They blend pretty well. The consistency is a bit thicker than other super thin BB creams I’ve tried. It covers better than other American BB creams. I love that it has physical sunscreen. The finish is a natural finish not matte and not too greasy. I do find I have to set my t zone with a translucent powder or else my tzone will get oily. People with dryer skin types will probably love this. It doesn’t cling to dry patches. I have combo skin. The formula didn’t irritate my skin, cause acne and I don’t detect any scent. Overall a wonderful buy for everyday sunscreen and foundation replacement for me! In the summer I will have to set my whole face with translucent powder when using this so I don’t get oily because it’s hydrating. I wish they made a more matte formula for people that lean more oily so I could use that when it gets warmer. Overall I def recommend! I love that it looks like skin and not makeup but still offers coverage!

I got a sample size of this in a subscription box several months ago, in a shade a little bit too light. I Loved the smell, the texture and the apply-ability of the cream, so ordered the full size in one shade darker. This cost more than most products I buy and worth every penny.I moisturize with clinique, then use this as my only foundation product most days. Occasionally I will use this under a full coverage Clinique foundation.This stays on all day and knocks back uneven skintone without heavy coverage and feels very light. Coverage is buildable, but I dont use it that way.I LOVE the way it just adds a little brightness to my face without being unnatural or visible. Note: I am 58 and do have 2 small brown agespots on my face...this does NOT cover them. It DOES have a nice "blur" effect.Overall, my daily go-to.

I've been on the hunt for a lightweight skin friendly foundation with sun protection and this is it.I've never heard of this company so decided to just take a chance and give it a try.It is great!! Has a lovely finish, just seems to melt into your skin. Looks very natural. Sheer to mid coverage depending on your application. I use a tiny bit of concealer to cover any problem spots then dust my t-zone with a light application of finishing powder and it lasts all day. Wears well and love that it has an SPF 40!Highly recommend!

I tried this Serum BB after first trying the Purlisse perfect glow. I am 54 and have combination skin that tends to be more on the oily side in the summer and also have some sun damage. This does give a beautiful glow without being oily and has nice coverage. It's also easy to apply and so far has not irritated my skin. My one complaint is that it's not available in the medium tan shade that is available in their other BB's? There is way too much difference between the medium shades that are too light for me and the tan that is too dark. I would imagine others have the same problem. Please make it in medium tan!

Great light coverage and makes my skin looks soft

I just turned 53 years old. I am fair complexion with mild roscaea. I was looking for something light, natural and moisturizing. This product is perfect. It's not cakey and evens out my skin tone with a natural glow. Highly recommend.

I love the light weight feel and full coverage it gives. I wear it daily as a foundation. Stays on for 8hr shift.

I have an olive complexion so I tend to run more on warm tones, however I also live at super high altitude and we're still getting snow. I do not have a lot of color to my face right now so I ordered the medium warm and was hoping that it wouldn't be too dark for my still relatively Fair complexion. Unfortunately it was the exact opposite. I looked ghost, almost pasty after putting it on. Not sure who this would qualify for a medium skin tone on. Had to pay another $40 and order the next tone darker, which I'm sure is too dark but if I mix the two hoping that it gets me where I need to be right now. Bummer as it's a true quality product, feels good on the skin, pretty thick so go into it knowing that you don't want to layer much of anything else on top.Definitely see (when I get to the right color) how it will even out skin tone texture etc.
