Mopar touch up paint plum crazy with clear coat 5163634AB

It’s a very close match. Other than repainting the entire panel/car, I don’t think there’s a better solution for chips and nicks in the paint. I corrected about 100+ rock chips in the front bumper of my 2016 Plum Crazy Challenger. It looks WAYY better after applying. I washed area to be treated with dawn dish soap before application to remove any waxes or grimes, clay barred to completely clean and remove contaminants, then dried. Used pen tip on applicator to dap paint into each chip. Allowed two hours for paint to dry then polished the entire area with an electric random orbit dual action polisher using a polishing wax I really like (Turtle wax hybrid solutions Ceramic polish & wax). I am very pleased with the results. I didn’t use the clear coat that comes on the bottom end of the tube.

Just what I needed to touch up a few nicks on my '16 Challenger. Paint match spot on, easy to use. Plum Crazy is the color of my RT. Arrived quickly & packaged well. Highly recommended.

Perfect match, could use,a little more paint.

I did check to make sure the paint matches my Plum Crazy Purple Dodge Challenger. In some spots the new paint looks too light; in other spots it looks too dark. : ( I admit - even knowing this, I painted over a few more chipped spots. The paint looks better than bare metal. But it's really NOT a good match for my 2018 paint.

This product worked great for fixing some small to major scuffs in a purple bicycle I bought used. Touch-up paint in purple was hard to find and this was really my only option, but it worked well. Since there is basically a paint pen, paint brush, and sealant brush included through the cap mechanisms, be careful not to accidentally unscrew any part you don't want, or it will spill out. But it's a nice, comprehensive touch up pen overall.

this was the color i was looking for. matched the color on my Jeep..... if only i would have read the INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX.. before opening it. now my nails match the Jeep too.
