This is a good product, but I would advise anyone who is using this supplement or considering to, to do some research and be aware of the potential side effects, associated with a long term use of 5-HTP.

I'm enjoying all of Vimergy's supplements so far. I have a small box beside my bed, where I store all of my Vitamins/supplements until I'm ready to open & add to my regiem. I mean how do you explain to hubby...you truly needed 20 new supplements🤔🤣.I also am greatful for the fact that Vimergy offers so many tincture product's. They absorb so much better & quicker than pill form. So simple to add several supplements to 1 smoothie, easy peasy!!Last but not least, for those whom left reviews not so happy reviews for this product, please understand regardless of supplements not actually being prescribed meds they still have great effect. Introducing something to your body fairly new can take some time to adapt. This particular supplement effects our neurotransmitters, the neurons in our brain. It's intended to increase & balance our serotonin levels, the chemical that makes us happy & positive. It takes more than 1 dose for the product to absorb into our brains and attempt to balance whichever chemicals may be too high or too low. Then our mood begins to change. This isnt a simple task, and patients will be appreciated much! Most supplenrnts can have side affects but the majority of the time they begin to fade out as the body adjusts. So if you experience headaches, nightmares, excessive sleepiness, etc you could always completely stop the supplement and try again in a few weeks. Reduce dosage to every other night until you adjust. Change the time of day you take that certain product (recommended nightly). A very small amount of people likely can't consume a natural supplement and even those people could be taking a certain med that shouldn't be consumed while taking a certain supplement. This is not medical advice nor am I a qualified medical personnel. Only my opinion with dealing with supplements!Vimergy is one of the cleanest brands that I know of and will continue to purchase from them as long as the company stays true to their word!! 5 stars⭐

This supplement made me noticeably happier. I shared with my dad and he noticed improvement as well. We call them our happy pills haha. Forever thankful for Vimergy having our backs ❤️

I wanted to love this supplement….but it was too strong. It induced profuse sweating and vomiting. I’ve never experienced side effects like this before, it took me by surprise. Wondering if I can open the pill and put half of it in a smoothie.
