Just WOW I'm deficient in B12, I have been since I was a little kid. I've always been tired, anxious,like fatigue was my life. I just kind of accepted that I would always feel tired. Then a couple of weeks ago I was like I need to fix this, because caffeine makes me feel crazy/anxious and isn't helping me at all. So I started researching some of my symptoms and b12 deficiency came up, then I was like "oh yeah heh I've been ignoring that for a long time,I should probably do something about it." Then I started researching ( I didn't want to go to the doctor and have them shoot me up with b12 shots, plus I'm scared of needles) The reason I chose this brand is because they use Methylcobalamin which is the correct b12 for the body to absorb. Other b12 products use Cyanocobalamin- which has been shown to cause problems and not efficiently absorb. Meaning you're paying for expensive pee. Something I didn't want to do. Anyways going back to why I was saying WOW- My energy levels have gone up! I can stay awake during the day now!! I normally wake up feeling tired and that hasnt been happening.My memory which has always been awful, you know that feeling when you're tired, so it feels like a chore just to use your brain? well since I started using these drops,I feel like I can think clearly, effortlessly use my brain without using all my energy. The taste ins't bad at all I don't know why people complain about it. I'm going to keep using these product, will be buying it again and again. On a side note I appreciate that this product is vegan friendly, and made here in the US.(No child labor going on) Along with the nongmo sign.

I've been taking this particular B12 supplement for several years after being diagnosed with a B12 deficiency caused anemia. My red blood cell counts were way down as well as some other indicators. I was experiencing fatigue, shortness of breath, and dizzy spells on the regular. I was tested again within a month after starting this product and everything was back to normal and I started feeling much better. This was proven again recently when I started struggling with the same issues and didn't put 2+2 together and after getting some blood work done, realized my blood levels were all over the place again... the theme? I had started to slack off on taking the B12. It had been years and I slowly just forgot to keep taking it. Once again, started taking it and within a month, everything's back to normal. Moral? Take your B12, especially if it's causing you to be anemic and this particular SBR Nutrition sublingual option works.... without a doubt. Pleasant flavor too.

This Vitamin B12 supplement comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper. While I think it may be some time before I know if there are actual results to my energy levels (I have an adrenal issue), I wanted to leave this review b/c I am always afraid of supplements tasting horrible. NOT the case with this supplement. There is a slight hint of a cherry taste...that is it. That's wonderful in my book, as I am very sensitive to medicine tastes. No gagging and forcing myself to take this supplement. Simply take 1/2 dropper full and put under tongue. Hold for 30 seconds and swallow. Nothing to it..and for me the plus is there is no gagging. lol. You should take this supplement in am, after eating, as it is known to boost energy. It is flavored with all natural ingredients and stevia. It is also made in the USA...another plus.

So far this product seems absolutely perfect. I can actually feel an energy boost not long after taking it, and the longer I take, the better I feel over all. I was tested and told I have "alarmingly low" b12 levels in my body and was prescribed shots to give myself at home, which isn't exactly ideal. So far though this seems to be having the same effect. I'll know for sure when I have my blood work done again and I'll be sure to come back to update this review accordingly. But for now I love it. Great, mild flavor. And my spouse likes it a lot as well! Thank you so much to the seller! Hopefully I can stay off of the shots and just continue buying this for my daily b12 boost. And I definitely recommend this product to anyone who's in the market for a b12 supplement!

I am vegan and have had gastric lapband surgery, so have been taking B12 injections once a month for the past few years, which was free under my medical insurance coverage. After my medical insurance co. changed 8 months ago, I was unable to get shots without a $40 copay. So after 6 months of no shots I tried this sublingual drops. I take the amount recommended by the manufacturer, that is 1/2 dropper under tongue once a day. So after 1 month of taking this, I had my blood work done and my B-12 level actually went up from 730 to 899 pg/mL over a period of 6 months. I will continue using this product as opposed to injections as my tests medically prove these drops are effective. Now in 2020 my levels are over 1000 pg/mL and I take 2 drops every alternate day.

I have been taking this for a while now. Looks like the recipe has been changed now and the taste is way sweeter than what it used to be earlier. Hope they can go back to previous recipe!

This B12 helps me in so many ways, I suffered badly with depression and it really helped a lot and it improved my ability to focus and think. Plus I don't have to use all the time. I use it for a couple of months and then only when I feel my mood dropping. It is the best supplement I have ever purchased it really does it's job. I have a friend who works in the open heart ward who says they have found that many people who they treat have a vitamin B12 deficiency. Always talk to your doctor prior to using.

Loved it . I have always trained with weights since I was young but the real benefit I felt was after my brain surgery (brain tumour) . Within minutes I felt a sense of well-being and particularly thinking (cognitively). Thank you very much for a good product. Steve.

I had a blood test done in Nov/2023, sadly my B12 was 150 pg/mL. Since then I’ve been taking this supplement every single day with my lunch. Then I did another blood test in Fev/2024 and my B12 is now 1415,0 pg/mL. I’m really happy because I wasn’t sure if it was working, because I have never bought anything from this company. If you’re worried about your B12 levels, the minimum is 700 pg/mL, you will feel the difference. Even though I’m only 28yo, I couldn’t remember some words in a normal day to day conversations, I had all the side effects of a deficiency: cognitive decline, slowed thinking and poor memory. B12 is really important for all of us. This amazing vitamin is a mood-enhancing neurotransmitter!! My energy is back, I feel better, so many good things I could say, but I also take some others vitamins and minerals, so I couldn’t tell exactly each one is helping more, but all of them are working, thankfully. I’ve been taking the recommended in the bottle. One thing to keep in mind is that I bought 2 bottles already and the second batch was way sweeter than the first one.

Take this every day, don’t know if it’s doing any good but it certainly not making me any worse.
