I saw a YouTuber using this stuff by the name of MrMario2011 to remove old phase change material off of an Xbox 360 and boy does this stuff work Just hit it with the one two punch and it's gone no but for real The number one solution once applied let it sit for a few minutes and the old phase change material or thermal paste compound comes off like a breeze with one swipe then once cleaned use the number two solution and it leaves a mirror finish works great definitely will buy again when I run out.

While there are other ways to clean TIM (thermal interface material), I have yet to find something that works as easily and completely as ArctiClean. An absolute must if you even semi-regularly install/change heat sinks or water cooling blocks.

I used this product to clean the CPU and GPU chips of old thermal paste that was originally there from 2017. This two step process is very effective and easily removes all traces of old thermal paste. It is extremely important to remove all traces and start the new application of thermal paste to clean shiny surfaces or you will get overheating from the system. The first bottle removes the most of the old paste and the second bottle removes any left over residue leaving the chip surfaces very shiny and clean. Being a novice in this type of repair, I can honestly say that this product helped with the completion of this task. I highly recommend this product and feel the price is very reasonable. The laptop is functioning quite well after this repair, no overheating!

I'm not sure how differs this stuff is to Goo Gone and Goop Off, but it seems to be slightly stronger, and I assume safer for CPU surfaces. I use it for cleaning off thermal compound for all kinds of ICs, and my fiancé's used it to clean off her face painting dummy (worked better than Goo Gone).

I'd recomend keeping some in storage for most situations. My waterpump was going out and I got a new one... it's nice to know you have this stuff around if you ever need it and its inexpensive and lasts a long while.

One or two drops, maybe more. I had to improve the cooling on three somewhat older computers. Used as directed, so very little is needed. Look at the website instructions, as recommended on the label. Nevertheless, I wanted to do it right the first time.

Ich habe das Produkt aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hier bei Amazon gekauft und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Die Wärmeleitpaste ging ganz einfach und vor allem restlos vom Prozessor runter ohne das ich viel Mühe damit hatte. Der Prozessor sah quasi aus wie neu. Ein paar Tropfen der Lösung reichen vollkommen aus so dass ich hier sicher noch einige Zeit was von dem Produkt haben werde. Auch die zweite Lösung zum vorbereiten der neuen Wärmeleitpaste ist sehr einfach und angenehm zu verarbeiten. Die Flaschen sind genau beschriftet so das jederzeit klar ist, welche Lösung wann benutzt werden soll. Allerdings ist die Beschriftung nur in Englisch vorhanden. Das Produkt riecht überhaupt nicht unangenehm oder aufdringlich und auch die Finger tragen hinterher keine Spuren von der Reinigung. Es handelt sich also um ein wirklich unauffälliges Produkt.

Il prodotto viene accompagnato dalle istruzioni di utilizzo che rendono facilmente comprensibile a chiunque come utilizzarlo al meglio.

I have tried other "recommended" products for removing old paste but even after that there always was a trace of paste left on either the processor or fan heat sink. In desperation I suppose I thought I would give this a go, and all I can say is WOW ! I followed the instructions adding two drops of Solution 1 (Remover) on first and then I left it a few minutes, then wiped it off and the surfaces were perfectly clean, no streaky marls of anything ! I then followed it up with Solution 2 Purifier (alcohol based I think) and that was it, all done in about 4 minutes, whereas before I spent about 30 minutes using various solutions and still never got a good result that I was happy with. You use so little of the solution it will last a lot longer then you think. This little kit is worth every penny as it does such a fantastic job in no time, and therefore I give it 5 stars, and I can't recommend it enough.. it literally is 'magic.'
