Excellent Metatarsal Support
I've used a well known name brand in the orthopedic insole market for years - but when an order was delivered to the wrong address by USPS and lost, I sought out a quick and comparable replacement. Out of all the insoles available here on Amazon, these appeared to be the most similar to what I've been using. The arch support is a little higher than what I'm used to, but not uncomfortable. The metatarsal support is excellent - it's positioned correctly and isn't too low or too high. Overall, they're very comfortable and fit well. Disposable orthopedic insoles are typically rated for 6 months of use, but I've learned over the years to replace them at around 4 months maximum, as my feet, knees, back and neck always let me know when a pair are about shot. Another sign that insole replacement is due, is feeling absolutely exhausted by the end of the day. The quality of these is very comparable to those I had been using, as they lasted for about 4 months. I've ordered these twice now and will continue to order for my work shoes every 3-4 months, moving forward.

Finally an arch support sole that provides enough height!
I have worn many arch support soles for decades and several different types including prescription soles. I have always felt that all the soles that I tried were not providing enough height to my arches and my very flat feet, which resulted in poor blood circulation and my suffering in the standing position. In the past few months I started worrying about my future because my lower legs started to feel more painful because of my poor circulation, which I have always known is mainly because of my flat feet. I purposely search for soles with a high arch support on Amazon and found the PC soles high arch support advertised on this page. I first tried one pair, which FINALLY provided me with the high arch support I have been looking for for so many years. It tremendously improved the circulation in my lower legs after a few weeks and my arches adjusting to the new soles. The soles are also very comfortable once your feet adjust to them (be patient, it takes a few weeks) and are extremely good quality and affordable. I since bought two additional pairs: one to wear at home in my sleepers (t is extremely important to wear arch support soles at home as well!), one pair to hike because exercise is another part of improving my blood circulation and health, and one pair for my city shoes. Thank God for this amazing product that has tremendously improved my quality of life and given me hope for the future. I wish all success to this company in the future, they deserve it.

PCs high arch insoles
I had to trim them a little to fit my shoe. They offered pretty good support but my arch was a little sore for the first few days

Best arch support found!
These are honestly the best arch support that I have ever found and im telling ya they curve your foot just perfectly. These are not the type of insoles that say it has an arch support and you have to stuff something under the insoles just to fit your arch. It also has a squishy part right were the ball of your heel goes. You will not be disappointed!

Arch support is a little off
I have high arches and needed some insoles for my work shoes. When I got these I was excited because the arch support is nice and high and seemed sturdy. When I cut them to size and put them in my shoes I immediately noticed that the arch support is a bit too close to the heel. The peak of the arch is about an inch behind where my arch peak is. I did take them back out and compare them to my feet and it seems to be where the arch is and not how they were fitting in my shoe. It’s off just enough to be bothersome and even bruised my arch the first time I wore them. I’m sad because the arch height and sturdiness are great but they’re causing more pain the they are helping.

Great arch support and foot stability
My podiatrist suggested these because I have high arches but I don't need custom orthotics. They are wonderful! The arch support keeps my toes from jamming into the front of my shoes and they help prevent/treat plantar fasciitis. They are expensive, but not compared to custom, and if this is all you need, they are great--sturdy and highly functional.

Well-designed and well made
These inserts are just right the shape for the support I needed. I actually have a high arch that causes my foot to roll in and over-pronate if not supported. The inserts are rigid enough in the arch itself to do the job, but the other, attached, supporting part of the insert is flexible enough to make walking comfortable. I like that the heel of the insert is not very high, I tried another insert that did have a higher heel that shifted my weight forward too much. The inserts do fit inside shoes well, no problem with the shoe being too tight with the inserts inside..

Good, But Heavily Overpriced
these insoles are fantastic and really help with my feet pain. been using these for years. however, these were roughly $60 when i purchased them and now they are $80. it likely costs them $0.08 cents to manufacture each pair of these in whatever sweatshop they're made in, so i'm giving this 1 star. greed like this is evil, so be reasonable. these are made from fabric, foam, and plastic -- very cheap materials. be reasonable and sell these for $30, that is what they're worth

Best I’ve tried and I’ve tried and spent a lot!
I’ve been wearing custom orthotics for the past few years ( $600) and still had very bad foot pain. I bought these and my pain is now almost gone. It has a solid arch and a lot of cushion in the other places where it needs it. If you feel like the arch is in the wrong place you probably need to trim the top to fit in your shoe. I had the same problem until I trimmed the top then the arch went in the correct area. It’s still early but so far these are working out really well for me. I will say they’re a little hot though but my experience with different insoles tells me this will probably just be temporary.

Great but not the best.
I normally walk 15,000 plus step at work. They were great for about a month and a half but the arch support sort of gave way, and my feet were getting sore and hot towards the end of the shift.
