Poor quality and terrible customer support
I bought this water dispenser from Amazon just 1 year and 4 months ago, and now the hot water output pipe is leaking badly. A product like this should last much longer. What’s even worse is the customer care experience — instead of offering a solution, they told me I need to pay to fix their mistake. It’s extremely frustrating to spend good money on a product only to be blamed when it fails shortly after the warranty. I would not recommend this dispenser or this brand to anyone.

Product is poor, buttons keep getting stuck, started leaking for over 2 months now whenever we place the water bottle, product is supposed to be under warranty for a year, tried contacting the manufacturing company with no luck
