The product does soften my beard. ### ⭐⭐ 50/50 on quality of scent *by N***H on October 19, 2022* The first bottle I received of this was a delight. The scent was subtle and not overpowering even when using a lot. The second bottle I just received is beyond pungent. The scent is still the same, but turned up past 11 to the point where even a little burns my nose. Also, the pump for this bottle is next to useless. I wish I could give this a 2.5 stars, but I'll err on the side of caution. It's unfortunate because I thought I found a new favorite with the first bottle, but I'll be looking elsewhere.
