Is this ok for glass cooktop?

Yes, the crepe pan can be used on glass cooktop.

Brought this for dosa/crepe. First dosa comes good. Next one would be very messy. Would this be solved if we do at low heat?

Well, for me the first dosa is always messed up. Try medium heat and add little water to the dosa dough. Make a couple small ones before making a larger one.

It came with a T-shaped wood tool. What is that used for?

That is called spreader for spreading out the crepe batter.

Where is this made ? Is it good fir making Rotis in electric glass top stove has it been used tested that way ?

I’ve never made rotis but I make homemade tortillas on it which I have a electric glass stove and it works great!
