I bought this as I had new carpets installed and wanted to hoover all the crap up aswell as "fluff" the carpets a little. With this head, it's a 2 in one for sure, it drags up all the crap in the carpets and leaves a nice Fluffy texture behind, you can see the hoover lines which I love as makes it look freshly hoovered carpet. Being a genuine henry product you are almost guaranteed top quality materials and workmanship, I've been a lifelong fan of these products however my review is written as unbiased and fair to the product, including its negative bits too. I find that the head doesn't work too good on deep pile carpets, on my landing I have 2cm thick pile height and it can only skim the top layer (~1cm max), leaving some of the dirt, dust etc deeper into the carpet. So it definitely does have its limitations in that aspect, it also doesn't do too good of a job fluffing up the 2cm height either. It helps for sure, but isn't the best. Another downside, is that unlike the flat head which Henry's tend to come with, it doesn't pick up large bits in the carpet. Sweet wrappers will get clogged in the brushes requiring them to be dug out by hand, same goes for chips, crisps, and etc. The flat head used to have no problem with these. So before going over with the airobrush, you'll need to pick up large bits yourself. Overall: Thoroughly recommend this, if you take into account its limitations its an amazing tool which I use multiple times a day, word of advice (this is my personal opinion) is go genuine with your Henry bits, they may cost more than the third party rubbish, but the quality really makes it worth it, in my opinion again.

It is run by air so it really doesn't dig the pet fur out of the carpets. Its works.
