Factis eraser pencil is not too slim like the two Tombows, or bulky like the Pentel or Staedler. It is just the right size. The pencil advances lead with precision and holds it in place firmly. The expose rubber has a satisfying diameter and firmness that allows erasing small and large areas quickly without bending it out of shape. It said Generals in the package, and I thought it was generic, Sharpie style low quality stationery. I was surprised by the attention to detail, until I found a little label that read…made in Japan.

Works great! Like a larger Mono Zero eraser.

I wasn't sure how much I'd use this but i adore it! The eraser is small enough to get a small portion of line or a mark and a tight spot. It actually erases and doesn't smudge it or tear the paper!

Cheap, wonderful too! Let’s you draw with an eraser. Lay in highlights, carve edges, cross hatch lights, sculpt shadow shapes. My drawing tools are this, a pencil, a kneaded eraser and a stump. I keep extras on me and give them out to fellow artists.

Excellent tool! Right "caliber" for any kind of work and good choice of replacement erasers - from General's (Factis) or from Tombow Mono (3.8 mm) here at Amazon. Accepts Staedtler's 3.8 replacement erasers as well. Eraser holder (body) made in Japan. Will work for you for many years to come - I bought my first one six or seven years ago.

I like the Tuff Stuff Eraser Stick, but it seems like that brand is no longer being made. As far as I can tell this is the same product with a different name. For a generic product at a more reasonable price I'm quite happy.

I'm a self employed webcomic artist who sketches in pencil, and these eraser pens are perfect for fixing little corrections as you go without smearing a whole area or damaging the paper. A must for traditional artists.
