Q: do these have carbon paper that has to be moved?

No. They are "no carbon required". There's a cardboard flap that you insert between each "set" as you fill it out, so prevent the pressure sensitive paper on the other forms from picking up the imprint of the prior one.

Q: Do these have perforated top edge so tearing off white copy is easy? I purchased some that did not have this and it was a mess

It’s been awhile since I ordered but as best I remember, they did have perforations for tear off.

Q: The description states it is carbonless.... Why are so many reviews saying it is not?

Duplicate receipts are created by pressing on the top copy. No carbon insert is needed.
