Helps with dysautonomia but a little strong, we usually do half a pack at a time.

Tasted gross so would not recommend or be purchasing again. I did appreciate the single serve pouch as I was trying to hydrate during/after flying on a 4.5ish hr flight.

This stuff is gross! I’m one of those people who like to put salt on my watermelon but this took it to a different level. It tasted like straight salt with a hint of watermelon and all it did was make me have to pee a lot. This stuff has been hyped up
