Break itself when hot food served
Very bad product. It breaks itself when hot rice severed. 3 plates got brocken to the same reason.

Bad packaging, broken plates received.
Plates looked good, but 3 out of the 6 were received in broken condition. Terrible packaging. Had to get a refund which was a cumbersome process as they were reluctant to pick up the damaged pieces.
