Hatsune Miku V4X bundle

This product is amazing, even for an amateur music maker like me who was extremely nervous about getting into it as a hobby. It comes with the essentials that I need to make songs including Miku and her 6 voicebanks plus an English voicebank, downloads to Studio One, and a Crypton Future Media registration code. I've made around 10 songs as of writing this review. Miku's voice sounds amazing in V4 and the Studio editing software and plug-ins are easy to use and eventually get used to after 1-2 songs. Installation is a bit complicated especially since the manual and instructions are in Japanese, but a YouTube video managed to help me install it with no problems. Just find a couple of hours to sit down, pop the DVD in and find an installation video to guide you.Note for fellow amateurs:As mentioned before, I was extremely nervous about getting into making music especially since I was inexperienced with music theory and couldn't decide whether or not it was worth it because if I sucked, the money would've been wasted. I decided to go through and purchase it anyways. Although my first song was bad, I kept continuing and eventually learned the ins and outs of the software programs and plugins. Now, I find it therapeutic and satisfying to make songs using Vocaloid and have firmly decided that I will continue to make them in my free time.

This product is surprisingly easy to use, and was very easy to install. All of miku's voicebanks sounds fantastic, and her English is a lot easier to use than I expected. the enhanced vocal expression control function is very easy to use, and is available on all of the Japanese databases included, which is not something I expected.

I am new to VOCALOID and so this was the first voicebank software that I have ever purchased. Now when I first got it and tried to download it on my Windows 10, Dell Laptop I had a lot of difficulty and got a lot of error messages. Although after looking through the internet and purchasing the official VOCALOID software (for another $200.00) I finally got it to work. Now I'm working on my first VOCALOID song and I'm really looking forward to applying the vocals. If you are simply a fan of Hatsune Miku yet you're not very tech-savvy and you don't want to spend $400+ dollars then you should probably stick with something simple like a coloring book or video game. But if you really want to create VOCALOID music then it's a great start.

My one teen got this for Christmas, it was the one thing besides books that they asked for and they were ecstatic to open it. It is impossible to set up and use. We paid a lot of money for it and still unable to use it, very frustrating. Would give a negative star review if possible. Expensive and unusable product. Such a disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone.
