Been on this for years. I can tell when I forget or run out. Great product. It is a big capsule but I have no issues swallowing. No bad taste or odor either, no bad side effects for me

個人の感想ですが疲労感に効果を実感しました 。 ASD、ADHD、うつ病があり、あくまで「補助」として本製品を試しました。 500mgとべらぼうな量でカプセルも長さ2cmくらいはあります。 顆粒がカプセルに入っているだけで速効性を実感しました。 ここからは注意点です。 コンサータやリタリンを処方されている方は同時服用しないでください。 薬の成分を分解する機能が弱くなり危険です。

前回買った商品(ビタミンB1)と比較するために、今回はこれを買いました。糖質をたくさん摂るので効果を期待します。
