how does this differ from the 36550?

Can i put this in the oven at 500 degrees? i want to use this as a dutch oven to bake bread, but i’m unsure if it’s safe

It's purpose is a smoker. Wouldn't think it would work well for your idea. I use it over the campfire and on the stove. 190-210 degrees
