Updated Customer service is second to none! Upgraded to 5 stars based on the fast response, and willingness to assist. Can’t fault Unfortunately the pole has snapped in high wind so its now laying on the floor unused. Trying to source a replacement from Amazon. Will update.

Looks good but a watse of time and money for its intended prupose.
Looks good flying in the garden 'when the breeze is blowing', but fails in its claimed action of bird scaring. Garden birds were quite happy to keep it company. Easy to erect, but you have to get the angle of the pole correct, and the string the right length to achieve maximum flight. Entertaining to watch it fly around, such a shame that it fails to scare the birds though.

If it gets a bit too windy the kite falls to pieces
I used it to scare pigeons away. Within 3 to 4 days the pigeons just ignored the kite. A waste of time. Not cheap either. Would not recommend this item

Good quality but….
Good quality. Easy to assemble and flies really well. However, the birds are not bothered at all

Does exactly what it says on the tin
We were sceptical about this, but I can’t recommend it enough. Reading the reviews from other people gave us doubt, but I can honestly say IT WORKS!! I’ve not seen any bird anywhere near the whole garden. We had issues with the Pidgins eating the cherries from our tree, but they aren’t coming anywhere near it with this fake bird. The quality is fine - I’ve seen some of the comments - it does the job, and it does the job VERY well.

Seems to scare the birds away at thd moment
It doesn't matter to what angle you have the pole 30 degrees or anything upto vertical. The kite cord is continuously getting rapped around the pole, I've had it up 24 hours so far and had to unwrap the kite 8 times already not to impressed.

Flimsy and Not for British Weather
Scared the seagulls away but it is made of poor quality materials, the rods tore through the fabric after one windy day, tried to reinforce with strong tape but they tore through again. Not fit for purpose in British weather.

Scared pigeons, broke after 2 days
It was efficient in scaring away the pigeons, but the 'bird' broke after two days... it was windy but I'd expect it to last longer. Too bad. Now I have to search for other solutions.

C'est top, ultra solide et vole bien
Superbe conception ça fonctionne parfaitement. Bon ça fonctionne quand il y a du vent seulement, donc inefficace si pas de vent. Mais à la moindre petit brise il s’envole et fait fuir tous les animaux du coin (pigeon, palombe, tourterelles, héron, piaf, etc.). C'est du solide. Il s’emmêle un peu les pinceaux si trop de vent donc à surveiller de temps en temps pour le démêler.
