CD Player Portable, Rechargeable Portable CD Player for Home Car and Travel with Headphone and Anti-Skip/Shockproof, Compact Player with LCD Display, AUX Cable, Backlight

This is literally the best CD player that I've tried in years. Nice looking, easy to handle & hold with a nice modern design, convenient shape. Even the display is aesthetically pleasing-lights up sreen so you can see tracks, etc...and the buttons light up with blue light. I tried several different models of CD players (portable) from here on Amazon and they were cheap knock-offs of real brands, made in China, and broke down in 6-12 months (IF even that long). Then I found this little gem. I have been using it hardcore for hours a day, nearly every day, and it has not even shown the slightest sign of wear or anything else. It has been 2 years so far of almost daily use. The features are excellent-very handy is the fact that the buttons & display all light up whenever you touch a button or raise/decrease volume, etc...I use these when I wake up sometimes & in the dark it really helps. It comes with a charging cable (re-chargable battery) which seems to rapidly charge it. USB-C cable. So you will need to provide the adapter-head to plug into a wall outlet or surge suppressor but they are available here for ~$9.99. The volume goes up to 20 but depending on what style music you listen to, it'll blow your ears off! This is a positive thing. Every single other player I tried before this never had enough volume power, it'd be barely good enough on the max. (And I have no hearing problems, the players just were bad) I like the fact that this has extra steps in volume that I don't always have to use. The player also has programmable modes, sound modes (Rock, Bass, Classic, etc...) and basic modes like repeat all, repeat 1, etc.... Overall, this is an awesome & high quality little player for a great price. I paid ~$40 on sale, regular price is approximately $50-$55. I had a Searick/German player for many years that broke, I paid $60 for it and although it was awesome, this new one is actually better. Highly, HIGHLY recommended player!

This is not the cheapest portable CD player on the market, but for what you get and overall excellent sound quality, I find the midrange price justified. First, no more batteries: the supplied USB cable plugs into a computer or other USB port, and charges the player quickly. I get about 4 hours of play time at a fairly high volume level per full charge. But I typically leave the player plugged in when I use it to avoid any time issues. Second, for me sound quality is essential. I have gone through many players in the past decade, and I can honestly say that the mainland Chinese portable CD players have come a long way, this one being much better than my previous Jensen, Philips, Coby, etc., brands. Only my Panasonic with the built in booster sounded better than this one under discussion. I find the player to be reliable, skip-free, and easy to use. The different equalizer settings, linked to a given genre of music, from classical to jazz to rock, work well. What I like most is the “natural” aura of the music in the listening experience. No heavy-handed noise reduction or loudness boosts on the other end of the spectrum. I am a vinyl lover and listen to CDs for convenience, especially when I am at work or lying in bed for a sleep aid. I definitely recommend this portable CD player, even if my ears are attuned to the superior dynamics & depth of vinyl listening.

Excellent cd player. I have had it almost 2 weeks, charged it once. Great sound quality. Comes with the aux cord, perfect, I use it primarily in my car. The headphones it came with are great, too.

I’ve had this CD player for about one week. It has good sound. It’s easy to use. I’ve gotten about 6-8 hours out of the battery before I usually recharge it. The battery might last longer before needing a recharge. I just usually recharge before the battery goes completely to zero. The headphones that came with this cd player looked nice but the headphones do not work. Luckily I had 3.5 mm adapter headphones. Overall I recommend this device but seeing that I’ve only used it for one week it is yet to be seen if it has durability and can hold up against the test of time.

Good CD player

I ordered this portable CD/Walkman to use during surgery a month ago. The continuous play mode was a welcome option since it allows sound to continue beyond the duration of the CD in use. During my three weeks in rehab following the surgical procedure, the Walkman became my refuge and “security blanket”, not only providing hours of enjoyment during the day but a soothing aural environment successfully screening out late and middle-of-the-night (!) facility noise which otherwise would have disrupted my sleep. As a musician who is understandably picky about sound, I was prepared to be forgiving when I placed my order. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find the sound quality excellent, especially for a device of this kind.; the earphones fit comfortably; all selection buttons, including power on/off and volume, are positioned in an intuitive to use, sequential order; when not in use, storing it in a small tote allowed me to get to it easily and safely; I was able to recharge the unit by plugging it into a USB port on the TV in my room. It weathered the rigors of use in an institutional setting remarkably well and continues to perform reliably and satisfactorily at home and on the road. I always read through comments before making online order choices. After reviewing comments others had posted for this device, I felt I was making the right choice, and gratefully, that turned out to be the case. In turn, I hope these comments, will be helpful to others faced with making their own choices.

Bought the player for my car. I refuse to get rid of my old cds. When my package came some essential items were missing and I truly was not happy. However, Amazon customer service was great and helped me work with the seller who quickly and graciously resolved my issue and made it right. By the way the player has a clean smooth sound that I am enjoying. I totally appreciate the great customer service. Thank you all.

Great cd player but headphones aren’t that great

If you still like listening to CDs it is a nice option. The player was delivered in good time and the delivery included headphones. Battery can be recharged via USB. Quality seems to be very good.
