I have suffered for over 20 years with RA and so very skeptical when it comes to supplements or alternative remedies because few have ever made any difference. My aunt suggested I try this and so I reluctantly did. Even after a few days, I noticed a difference. Especially on days I forgot to take it—I could feel and see changes in inflammation rise or fall depending on taking it or not. After this occurred numerous times, I became a believer! I have always suffered pain no matter what specialists and expensive big Pharma medications can do—but with this turmeric—I feel even better and can see significant difference in pain and inflammation. I take this EVERYDAY now without forgetting because I know if I miss it, I will feel it the next day…and everyone wants to feel their best. You will not be disappointed! I don’t know how it works, but it really does!

good product, well-formed capsules, no dust.

So first off my initial first few days of this i noticed my bowel movements were improving! (Cursed with constipation normally) second I noticed on my period it helped tremendously with the pain! But I will say I can’t go a day without caffeine because my life is truly just hectic and I’m already low on energy due to my auto immune issues BUT as soon as I had coffee the cramps did come back unfortunately :( but they do help wonderful. I would say use them when you’re feeling you’re worst like headaches and such and it will help but I’m not sure if I was getting use to them or not. But will continue to purchase bc I love they’re they’re organic and climate friendly. :)

Good stuff

I was unsure about what to expect from this product, however now that I have tried this I’m glad I did. My inflammation pain due to lupus has subsided to point that I haven’t been in some time. I will continue this product because this is amazing to not have the joint pain that I have endured for years. I do recommend taking the easy to swallow tablet with food so your tummy doesn’t get mad and drink plenty of water/fluids while taking this supplement. I’m very grateful to Plantful for this supplement, this relief is amazing.

I am a plus size active person. Taking these I’ve seen myself be less bloated and my muscle soreness has gone down. Shipping was quick and hassle free. The pills are easy to swallow and I felt like I’ve gotten more radiant skin which we love !
