20 Gram Winmau Michael Van Gerwen Ambition Coated Brass Soft Tip Darts - MvG

This is the first set of darts I ever bought. My wife got a dartboard for Christmas so I am learning to play.Due to my beginner status, our rough cement floor in the game room, and the number of misses or bounce-outs, my flights got chewed up pretty quickly (all flights I tried did) and my barrels got scuffed up a lot. For that reason I thought I would try another set of another brand and weight just so I could see what worked best for me.I call these Winmaus my "beater darts" because I really scuffed them up, but I still go back and forth between these and my 18g every game. I usually warm up with these, then shoot the 18g because they work a little better for my throw.Still, I start every game with them. I only switch to the others if my throwing is bad that day and I feel like I need the lighter ones.Summary: these are fantastic, reliable darts. No matter how I beat them up, they are alwsys my first go-to.

Color and weight are great! Love the feel of them. Flights won’t stay on and are a pain. New to the o rings so I’ll have to look into that. I think I need to clip them and use the o ring?Other than that I love these.

The shafts of the darts are terrible. The barrels are good. The flights are fine. Darts with the Michael Van Gerwyn name or any other should be better quality than what I received.

The shaft broke immediately on two darts flights kept coming off. Not a good dart

His professional soft tip dart is way better if you’re serious about darts. Still a good dart though

Threw the first dart and the plastic piece that hold the flight cracked

but BOY!!!, those darts shaft are weak bristle plastic
