The Magnesium is a good mineral to take and TwinLab is a good manufacturer. I have never been disappointed with their products. No issues with taking it or storage.

I use these as opposed to OTC magnesium pills. They are rated pretty well in the industry and they are 420 mg.

I use to buy only Twin Lab Magnesium for numerous years. Then it just "disappeared". I was excited when I saw this product... thinking it was the same one as before. Because of the many many many reviews. And the age of the company etc.DON'T BE FOOLED!!! This came very poorly packaged Huge bottle, almost half empty with a stretched out piece of cotton (like a stretched out cotton ball) to supposedly take up the rest of the space. The plastic shrink wrap seal was not a tight fit like normally is on sealed bottles. But the worse part was when I opened the foam seal across the top of the bottle opening... THEY SMELL HORRIBLE. A weird smell.(We have taken magnesium for over a decade - from many different companies - and NEVER has it ever smelled bad like these.Also, NOT RETURNABLE or REPLACEABLE.
