Great Addition for the Kitchen
Iโve been using the Russell Hobbs Good-to-Go 6.5L Electric Multicooker for a while now and overall Iโm very happy with it. I use it regularly for slow cooking, stews, curries, but mainly rice, and itโs been really convenient. The 6.5L capacity is perfect for family meals or batch cooking, and itโs simple to use with clear settings. I do want to be honest and mention that the first unit stopped working after about 6 months. That was disappointing at the time, but I have to give credit where itโs due โ Russell Hobbs customer service handled it extremely well. I contacted them, and the issue was quickly resolved with a replacement sent out without any hassle. The replacement has been working perfectly since, and Iโm back to using it several times a week. It cooks evenly, saves time, and is easy to clean afterward. While the initial fault was frustrating, the excellent customer service and the performance of the replacement unit give me confidence in the brand. Overall, itโs a great multicooker and Iโd still recommend it, especially knowing how responsive the support team is if anything goes wrong.

Great Slow Cooker
Had it a while now and wanted a lot of use from it before I done a review . Extremely pleased with it . It is big and probably bigger than what I needed but it cooks so well . Easy to wash bowel . Cooks quicker than my very old slow cooker that I had had for years . I would recommend . Having a timer on it is really useful .

Lasts about 2 years because of coating
Update on my review, non stick coating is scratching and had two black spots, Had to throw this away. If they make one stainless steel i'll be the first one to get one but for now gound 2 years not long enough 4 the price. I loved this slow cooker well really multi cooker. Rice is a doddle in this and it is easy to clean. I have cleaned it once or twice in the dishwasher but as it takes up a lot of space normally cleaned by hand. It does sear although does not really get hot enough for browning but still great as alternative. I have cooked for 9 in this one on holidays as it is easy to transport. Shoarma, meatballs in tomato sauce bolognaise all easy. Now the not so good thing is the coating after 2 years it has black spots not sure if it is from Food or from peeling of coating. So I had to buy a new one. I loved this ones functions but the coating being a bother so I have not opted to re-buy but for another brand with stainless steel pot. Yep re-learning all again. Thought 50 pound was a bit steep for every 2 years. If they can make one without coating I'll be the first to buy this one again.

A good multiple hotpot cooker
It's a great multiple hotpot cooker with large capacity, keeps oil not plashing out in frying, it's easy to use & very good price for a good product like this. I am happy with it & would recommend!

Game changer.
If you need a new slow cooker 100% get this, the 6 in 1 does it all, we like boil in the bag fish in sauce the souve setting works a treat for these, the fry setting is good as well and the slow cooker has a high and low setting and is brilliant to have dinner ready when you finish work. The machine is probably the easiest thing ive ever had to clean its brilliant.

Not built to last, buttons are appalling
Update. Don't waste your money on this. The power button broke whilst still under guarantee. The whole unit was replaced by Russell Hobbs but the same fault occurred on the replacement very quickly the 2nd time. It is unusable as this button confirms the program. They don't sell a replacement power/button unit so it's now scrap. It is an issue with the design of the buttons. I am now ordering a new slow cooker & it must be one without push buttons. Also I won't bother with a cooker that sears this time, the non stick on this one scratches quickly even though I only ever used wooden utensils. Bought primarily for the sear function to totally avoid stove use & cut washing up. It can be harsh, care needed when softening veg, needs more stirring than on the hob. The lid fits well so keeps moisture in well. Perfectly happy with both slow cook modes. Use high for dark meats, low for mince & other meats. Food isn't hot enough after low setting though, I turn it to hot for 30mins before serving. Cooked joints of beef well using slow Cook function. Not happy with the roast function. Yes you can cook a small chicken in just over an hour but no different from using the slow cooker function. You would struggle to fit the lid on top of a chicken bigger than 1.4kg. Also no instructions in the booklet for what temperature or time to set for roasting, I went for the defaults. Tried the steam function for Christmas pud. Awful, far too violent, water splashed everywhere, just used slow Cook setting in the end. Biggest gripe is difficultly washing it, doesn't fit in my butler (so big) sink. Already have quite a few scuffs in the non stick despite only using wooden spoons & soft cloth to wash it up. The buttons are a bit annoying too, have to press really hard sometimes. I do use this at least three times a week but if I had the choice again I would go with a large but traditional ceramic crock pot style slow cooker. This one is trying to be too many things and not doing them all well.

All in one pan
Great quality, really good size, perfect for so many meals, very lightweight to use. Saves dirtying more pans as it can all be done in this one!

Good value
Great value. For roasting not sure good for chicken. It does not brown it. So they say put in the grill, but why not just use the oven. Slow cook, excellent, searing excellent.
